Coaching as a managed service
A fixed monthly fee for a running coaching programme. Defined supervision scope, dedicated mentors, predictable cost.

Call-off services via statement of work
All other services are called off individually. Each call-off is recorded in a statement of work — signed by both sides before anything starts.

- Billed in 15-minute increments
- Invoiced monthly in arrears via timesheet
- Precedence: statement of work over framework agreement
Terms: Billed in euro or dirham, payment within 30 days net. For European clients German law applies, jurisdiction Rüsselsheim am Main. We give you our hourly rates in conversation — they depend on scope and duration.
