No. That is a common misunderstanding. Our coaching is a standalone offering. Moroccan companies send their staff to us because they want to build security and AI expertise in house — not to send them on to Europe afterwards. The people stay with their employer.

Tangier is only one to two hours from the Central European time zone. Morocco educates engineers to a high standard and does so multilingually. And the Moroccan market itself has growing demand for security and AI specialists — which we also serve.

German, French and English. With European clients we usually work in German, in Morocco usually in French. The most common hidden cost in offshoring is requirements getting lost in translation — which is why we fix the project language at the start.

No. Certificates to ISO/IEC 27001 or ISO 9001 may only be issued by accredited certification bodies. We build the management system, conduct internal audits and prepare you for certification — the certification itself is carried out through our partner network by an accredited body.

No, and we would be suspicious of any company that does. Training is legally a service, not a deliverable. We guarantee the setting — dedicated supervision, real tasks, honest feedback. The outcome depends on the person walking the path.

Coaching runs as a managed service with a monthly fee. Further services are called off via individual statements of work — in 15-minute increments, with no minimum commitment. Payment within 30 days net.

For European clients, German law, jurisdiction Rüsselsheim am Main. For Moroccan clients, Moroccan law. We fix this explicitly in the contract — nothing is left open.
