Our coaching is not an appendix to nearshoring. It stands on its own — and it is open to people and companies in Morocco just as much as to European clients.

Morocco produces excellent engineers. What is often missing is the final step: specialisation, project experience, the move from theory into operations. That is exactly the gap we close.

And we do not close it only for export. Moroccan companies need the same specialists European ones do — security analysts, ISMS owners, AI engineers. Search for them on the market and you will search a long time. Train them and you have them.

Graduates

You have finished a degree in computer science, engineering or a related field. You can code, you understand systems — but you are not yet a security or AI specialist. That is exactly where we start.

Tangier sits on the Strait of Gibraltar. The time difference to Central Europe is one to two hours — coordination happens during working hours, not after them.

Multilingual by default

Moroccan graduates bring French and English, many also Arabic and Spanish. We build German specifically where a project needs it.

Strong engineering education

The Moroccan higher education system follows the French model. The technical foundation of graduates is solid — what is missing is specialisation.

A growing technology hub

Tangier is an industrial and logistics hub. The IT sector is growing with it — and so is the demand for security, compliance and automation.
