A company that builds people.
GermanLinkIT is an IT company based in Tangier. We combine European quality standards with Moroccan engineering talent — and close the gap between them through training.
The name says it: we are the link. On one side, companies looking for cybersecurity and AI specialists and not finding them — in Europe as much as in Morocco. On the other, well-educated people who are one step short of specialisation.
We do not build that bridge through placement. We build it through training. Coaching and mentoring are not an add-on here — they are the core of the business. Anyone who goes into a project through us was trained by us first.
We were founded in 2026. We are small, and we say so plainly — rather than advertising numbers we do not have. What we offer instead: named contacts, clear contracts, and the willingness to say no when a project does not fit.

Certificates are proof, not skill. We train for the ability — the certificate then follows on its own.
